Refund policy
Returns, cancellations and help
Updated 20 October 2026. Email takeitandcut@gmail.com with your name, order number and request. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Clothing
For standard clothing bought online, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Contact us for return instructions; do not send a parcel to a fulfilment facility without instructions. You pay change-of-mind return postage. We refund the item and eligible standard outbound delivery costs; handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item may reduce the refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with a description and photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and necessary return costs. Made-to-order production alone does not remove your rights for standard, non-personalised clothing.
Digital products
Contact us if a download is missing, corrupt or does not match its description. We will help restore access and provide the remedy required by your consumer rights. The usual 14-day cancellation right for digital content is lost only where supply has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement of that loss. This policy itself is not that consent. If you want to cancel, contact us with your order number; we will assess your request and applicable rights. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain.
Private education sessions
For a cancellation or date change, email us before your appointment with your order number and requested change. Statutory cancellation rights apply. If you expressly request a service during a cancellation period, any charge for work already supplied must follow applicable consumer rules. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email.
